Bridge Programs are a fun way to extend the Academy experience and connect multiple sessions.

BSA athletes train hard during a 5-day session. Afterwards, they need to rest and recover. Our Bridge Program provides the necessary break.  Each Bridge weekend is unique and includes sleep-in mornings, extra electives, extended waterfront time, and at least one day-trip to an exciting attraction like a high ropes course, river tubing, or an adventure park.


A Break From Training for Better Training

Athletes who connect two, 5 day sessions with a Bridge receive 10 full days of training over 12 days. This immersive training experience, interspersed with appropriate rest, produces remarkable skill development, and multiplies the fun and new relationships.
