Each Berkshire Soccer Academy staff member brings a unique expertise and enthusiasm that contributes to our dynamic camp culture.
Our rigorous selection process ensures that each staff member reflects the Academy’s mission and values. We personally interview every candidate and only hire those with excellent references, impressive experience working with children, and a willingness to dedicate themselves to the care and supervision of our girls. All candidates undergo a state and national background check.

Staff Training
All staff complete a comprehensive, six-day staff training prior to the start of camp. The training, which has been designed with the assistance of child development and camp industry experts, covers important aspects of safety, youth development, and group cohesion. It prepares our staff to provide a safe environment where campers can learn, respect each other, show good sportsmanship, and have fun.
