Each Berkshire Soccer Academy staff member brings a unique expertise and enthusiasm that contributes to our dynamic, one-of-a-kind camp culture.
Our staff is comprised of elite-level soccer coaches, qualified elective staff, and an excellent support staff who work together to create a fun environment in which development as a player and a person can thrive. Every staff member is hired and trained to be a positive mentor and role model to our campers.
Staff Selection Process
Our rigorous selection process ensures that each staff member reflects the Academy’s mission and values. We personally interview every candidate, and only hire those with excellent references, impressive experience working with children, and a willingness to dedicate themselves to the care and supervision of our girls. All candidates a state and national background check.
Staff Training
We require comprehensive staff training prior to the start of camp. It covers important aspects of safety, youth development, and group cohesion. The training, which is developed with the assistance of child development and camp industry experts, prepares our staff to provide a safe environment where campers can learn, respect each other, show good sportsmanship, and have fun.
