WE ARE HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING ROLES:
Master Coach: (1-3 Weeks)
Our Master Coaches work at the Academy for 1-3 consecutive sessions. The Master Coaches work alongside our Soccer Coordinator and are responsible for planning and implementing up to two 90-minute soccer training sessions daily for up to 30 players. Master Coaches lead and develop one Head Coach and up to four Assistant Coaches that assist him/her on the field. During their stay, Master Coaches live in comfortable staff housing.
Head Coach: (8-9 Weeks)
Our Head Coaches work at the Academy for the entire summer and work under the Soccer Coordinator. They are also responsible for developing and maintaining the soccer program culture throughout camp. Head Coaches act as a liason between the Master Coaches and the Assistant Coaches, with supervisory responsibilities for the Assistant Coaches. Head Coaches help plan and facilitate two 90-minute soccer sessions per day, while supervising 4-5 Assistant Coaches and 20-30 campers at a time on the field. Our Head Coaches live together throughout the summer in comfortable staff housing and are a part of our summer Leadership Team.
Assistant Soccer Coach: (8-9 Weeks)
Our Assistant Soccer Coaches work under the direction of the Soccer Coordinator, Master Coaches, and Head Coaches to plan, prepare, and facilitate two 90-minute soccer sessions per day with a group of 20-30 campers of varying age and skill level. Assistant Coaches have the opportunity to facilitate and coach smaller groups of campers on their own. They will often be required to demonstrate drills in front of large and small groups. Our Assistant Coaches live in the cabins with our campers.
