Our process to submit an application online is easy. You can complete the application in 5-10 minutes. You also have the option to “save for later” if you need more time. We recommend using an updated version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer for the best experience.

Not ready to choose camp dates? Enroll in “Reserve-A-Session” on the Camper Application. You will receive current time-sensitive discounts without needing to decide on the exact session date(s) until March 1st. A deposit is required for each reserved session.
The majority of new athletes at the Academy join friends and teammates. When a first-time camper whom you referred enrolls, you will receive a special thank you gift upon your arrival at the Academy.
Early Enrollment Discounts
Returning campers who enroll between September 1st and December 1st are eligible for applicable early enrollment discounts that are automatically applied to each session. New campers can inquire about active promo codes which are available October 1st through December 1st.
Families with more than one child attending any session (separately or together), receive $100 off tuition for each additional child.
Double Session Discounts
Our Dates & Rates Calendar displays bundled, discounted pricing for Double Sessions. By enrolling in two or more individually priced BSA Soccer Sessions, a multi-session discount will be automatically applied for each eligible camper.
A deposit is due to secure your enrollment as well as any applicable discounts.
We do have monthly payment plans available. Tuition is to be paid in full by June 1st.

The required deposits are:
$650 for each soccer session
$195 for each enrolled Bridge Session
The balance of tuition and any extra charges are due on June 1st.

Pay by check: Personal and bank checks accepted
Pay by ACH or E-Check: Payments may be made by ACH electronic fund transfer. Complete the “ACH” information on the enrollment form to pay by ACH. There is no charge for using ACH.
Pay by credit card: Visa and Mastercard are accepted. There is a 2.5% credit card processing fee

Eligibility is based on current grade in school and the desired program. The Academy is open to girls of all abilities who are passionate about soccer, and want to improve while having fun. Enrollment is limited to approximately 170 girls per session, so register now!

Before camp, we provide an “Away from Home Guide” which helps athletes prepare for camp, and eases transition and separation issues. In early-June, before the beginning of the camp season, we invite newly enrolled and prospective families to visit and tour camp, meet staff and ask questions.
Upon arriving at camp for their session, play fun ice-breaker games, meet cabin-mates, cabin counselors and residential life leaders, and get situated in their cabins. The first day’s action-packed schedule, which includes a fun scrimmage, an all-camp evening activity and the opening campfire, adds to the warm welcome.
We understand that homesickness is natural and often occurs with both new and veteran campers. We prepare and train our staff to handle homesickness and have had great success helping many athletes navigate and overcome this feeling and enjoy a fantastic Berky experience.
All tuition and fees are fully refundable (less a $150 application fee) before March 1, 2023. Cancellations after that date are not refundable. To protect your investment in the event that you need to cancel for ANY reason, including a reason related to Covid, you can elect to participate in our Camper Assurance Program (“CAP”). If you purchase CAP (cost is $150/session) and cancel, your entire investment will be returned either in cash or as credit toward a future camp session for your child or a sibling. For more information on CAP, view the Terms and Conditions of the Camper Application (Section 1b).
Camper Assurance Program (CAP) – $150 per session
This optional program protects your camp investment if you find it necessary to cancel for ANY reason. Depending on when you cancel, a portion of your payments may be retained as credit toward a future camp session for your child or a sibling. With CAP, the following terms apply:
Cancel before April 30 >> receive 100% tuition refund
Cancel between May 1 and May 31 >> receive 75% tuition refund, 25% credit
Cancel between June 1st and 7 days prior to first day of session>> receive 50% tuition refund, 50% credit
Cancel within 7 days prior to first day of session >> forfeit all funds paid to the Academy

Athletes looking for more instruction on a specific skill can add 1-hour Private Training periods during any of our BSA soccer sessions for an additional fee of $150 per training session. Campers are able to add private training sessions after they enroll.
