Cabin Cup Brings the Campers Together and Puts Staff in Homemade Boats
We modified our schedule yesterday to keep the girls off the field during the heat of the day. To keep everyone cool, we moved our Cabin Cup to the middle of the day to stay near the lake. Each cabin together to build a vessel that would support a staff member in a “sailing” competition. The Pugh cabin won and will have the hardware to prove it.
Mental Skills: Each morning, the soccer session starts with a 30 minute Mental Skills activity. The Monday mental skill was “Comfort.” The BSA definition of comfort includes knowing the center of your comfort zone and being able to step outside your comfort zone to be challenged.
