Celebrating 2017; Improving for 2018
We are always searching for ways to improve. Camper and parent surveys are the most effective tools for us to enhance the Academy. We survey campers on the last day of each session, and parents receive an on-line survey soon after camp ends.
About Reviews
Parents and campers offered some great suggestions for us to improve. We are taking the time to tabulate and read every comment. However, we also take time to savor some positive feedback.
- 98% of our athletes said their soccer improved while at BSA.
- 96% of BSA families were satisfied with their experience.
- 80% reported being very satisfied.
- 18% reported being satisfied.
92% of our campers said they want to return in 2018.
Reviews Part II: Constructive Feedback
When possible, we respond to feedback during the summer immediately. Other enhancements require further consideration. Campers and parents suggested many enhancements that we are contemplating. Later this fall, after evaluating all of your suggestions, we will share our commitments to improve the Academy in 2018. Stay tuned!
