Berky’s Soccer Coordinator’s implement and oversee the Academy’s soccer curriculum. They assist in training, mentoring and developing the soccer staff, and they manage group assignments, player evaluations and session plans.
Experienced Berky coaches Hannah Matlack and Isa Zanzini are stepping into the Soccer Coordinator Role this summer. Here’s some more about Isa and Hannah.

Hannah Matlack
Hannah was a standout BSA assistant coach in 2018 and a Head Coach in 2019. Hannah graduated from Dickinson College in 2018, where she played 4 years of Varsity Soccer. Following her graduation, she taught French and coached Girls Varsity soccer at the New Hampton School in New Hampshire. In 2019, she moved to Scotland to pursue a Master’s in Sport Psychology and to play soccer competitively in the Scottish University and Club leagues. She currently coaches for the Scorpions Soccer Club in Eastern Massachusetts where she is the head coach of the Girls ‘04 and ‘05 MetroWest teams.
Isabella Zanzini
Isa, who hails from Sao Paulo, Brazil, joined BSA as an Assistant Soccer Coach in 2018, and returned in 2019 as a Head Coach. Isa graduated from Missouri’s Hannibal-Lagrange University with a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. She spent two seasons as a Student Assistant Coach at Hannibal-Lagrange. She currently works as a strength and conditioning coach with professional female soccer players in Brazil where she is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Training.
