Sunday: Soccer Camp Arrival

Thank you families for making Arrival day for Session VII – Invitational. We are excited for a week of great soccer and great fun!

Opening Campfire

After campers participated in their opening soccer session and electives, it was time for the Opening Campfire. Staff shared skits, songs, and even participated in some fun games (fun games!). The goal of the night is to relax players and show them that Berky is a safe place to develop on and off the field. Later in the week, the girls will share their own contributions as a cabin at the ‘Poppin PJ Party’ themed Closing Campfire.

Monday: Starting Soccer Training and Electives

Campers spent the morning on the soccer fields for a high energy training session. Afterwards, the girls were off to electives. Some chose to try out cooking and others relaxed while fishing at the fishing dock.

Cabin Cup

Campers had a blast at their electives and at their afternoon training session before coming together as bunkmates to compete for the one and only…Cabin Cup (Ahhhh!) in Berky’s Holiday Madness. Be sure to check out our pictures of all the craziness and fun that ensued.

Tuesday: Player Development at Berky

It was another beautiful morning here at BSA! Campers spent some time on the fields with our coaches before switching gears to participate in electives.

Berky Tourney

Once afternoon electives were over, it was time for the Berky Tourney. Campers put their game faces on and gathered at the fields in the evening and came together to compete in this week’s “Creepy Cup” themed Berky Tournament. Check out the action shots using the SmugMug link below!

Wednesday: Girls Soccer Training and (S’)more

Wednesday morning, campers headed up to the fields for another high-energy training session before heading off to electives.

Closing Campfire

Once afternoon soccer and electives were finished, to close out the evening, campers stepped on stage and performed together at tonight’s PJ Party Themed Closing Campfire. Campers and staff alike were treated to skits, songs, and plenty of laughs… And s’mores were on the menu too! Delish!

Thursday: Final Training Sessions & Electives

Each cabin met at the Moose for pictures in the morning before it was time for another great soccer training session with our coaches.

Soccer Camp Departure

After some fun at the waterfront and with our coaches up at the fields, it was time to say goodbyes. We’ll miss all of our campers but hope to see everyone again soon!

Bridge G

Campers spent Friday afternoon doing a fun rollercoaster offsite. Saturday was spent relaxing at camp participating in extended electives. Bridges are designed to connect sessions and give athletes recovery time after or between sessions to optimize peak performance, avoid overexertion, and bond with other campers. Would you like to offer your camper an extended stay? The Bridge Program includes White Water Rafting, sleep-in mornings, and a relaxed day at camp to have fun with new friends. You may add a Bridge on Arrival Day or by emailing office@berkshiresocceracademy.com as late as Wednesday, provided there is still availability.
