US Women’s National Team & Gotham FC star Lilly Reale visited the Academy in 2025 to train campers for a day. 

Every athlete had the opportunity to work with Lilly on the field, participate in a Q&A session and receive an autograph and photo.

About Lilly

Lilly is 21 years old, from Massachusetts, and she played club soccer at South Shore Select where she actually had the opportunity to attend Berky as a young girl!  She went to and played D1 soccer at UCLA, and was a starter for all 4 years & appeared in 83 games winning many awards in the PAC 12 and Big 10, some of which include: Defender of the Year, Most Outstanding Defensive Player, Honda Sports Award, All-American. She won three conference championships and even won the National title in 2022.

Lilly also played on the U-15, 16, 17, 20, and U-23 National teams, winning the 2022 CONCACAF U20 Championship and playing in the U20 World Cup as well.

Lilly plays for Gotham FC in the NWSL, since January of 2025.  In May of 2025, she started in the final of the CONCACAF Women’s Champions Cup that Gotham FC won.

In June of 2025, Lilly made her senior debut with two caps for the USWNT against Ireland and Canada as a left back.
