Confidence, Connection and The Berky Big 3

At Berky, confidence is a central theme. Players are often told to “be confident” or “take risks,” but confidence isn’t just a switch you can flip on. It is a skill developed over time. To build it, athletes need an environment where they feel safe and supported. An environment removed from the pressures of club politics, school dynamics and social media, where it’s ok to take risks, fail, and try again.

Whether it is your first summer or your sixth, Berky is designed to help girls discover their greatness on and off the field. We do that through the Berky Big 3:

1. Develop as a Whole Player

At Berky, training goes beyond the ball. Our program develops the whole player, elevating your physical game and your mental game side-by-side. Players walk away with a toolkit to handle pressure and challenges, both on and off the field.

2. Build Meaningful Relationships

There is immense power in a group of athletes who genuinely support one another – a tribe that has your back. We protect our culture of respect. Here, you are valued for who you are, not just how you play. You’ll build deep friendships not only with your bunkmates, but also with your coaches and counselors.

3. Have Good, Ol’ Clean, Healthy Fun

Burnout kills confidence. We unplug to recharge and get back to good ol-fashioned fun. It’s about the freedom to just be a kid—paddleboarding on the lake, firebuilding around the firepit, and archery in the woods. You’ll relax, reset, and return to the field refreshed, focused, and ready to perform.

The Future is Female

You are the next generation of leaders. To lead, you must believe in yourself and the women beside you. Come ready to work, ready to lift each other up, and ready to discover your greatness.
