Following every camp season, we review camper, parent, and staff feedback to identify meaningful ways to improve the Berky experience. The Summer 2026 facility upgrades and program enhancements inspired by your feedback are described below.
Soccer Improvements
Bigger Soccer Clubhouse with more space for campers and their gear.
Dri-Fit Shirts for all campers, replacing the old poly/cotton blend.
New Narrower Goals for the Mac-Arena that stay clear of the field of play.
Electives & Lake Life
Larger Fishing Dock in a quieter cove to accommodate more anglers (and more bites).
Expanded Lakeside Lounge with added seating and beach loungers for campers to relax by Larkum Lake.
We’re adding a General Counselor to our staff so we can offer more electives choices in each elective period.
Res Life Enhancements
Two new cabin-area snack shacks with water-filling stations will offer an extra evening snack and added outdoor seating for campers to enjoy together time.
New Med Pass Area outside the Health Center to speed up med pass and reduce lines.
